To me Queendom Building is creating a space of self-empowerment
through empowering others. Having the confidence and drive to motivate others
is something that is empowering in itself. When I think about how I help others
build their Queendoms I think about mentorship. I am a huge advocate of
mentorship. Real leaders help build other leaders, and that can be done through
mentorship. Every young woman has a spark ready to be lit inside of her whether
she realizes it or not. Some may not have been as fortunate as others to have
someone help them foster their spark. Queendoms are about setting yourself and
those you mentor up for a prosperous future. Building a plan and executing it.
Longevity is the key. Many people say the key to success is "Being about
what you talk about." I think the same thing goes with building a
prosperous Queendom. Realize that everyone might not understand the basis of
your Queendom. You are a walking image of your message. Those who can't
understand it may even hate on it. All else aside don't pay it any mind and be
ready to teach those who may be interested in empowering themselves but mask it
by trivializing your Queendom. Keeping all of this in mind I think the secret
to building an efficient, reliable, and pure Queendom are the following:
1. Work through your faith
2. Humble yourself
3. Do what is pleasing for God and no one else
4. Invest in others as you wish they invested in you
5. Recognize a purpose bigger than yourself
6. ALWAYS lead with love
