Queen Alicia

I believe that I exemplify the Queendom Building ideology in several aspects of my path to success. Firstly, I have decided to dedicate my life to intellectually and psychologically empowering minority youth through developing a non profit organization called I.M.P.A.C.T (Individuals dedicated to Providing Avenues for Children to Triumph). In addition, I use social media and personal encounters with individuals to promote self-love and empowerment of Black men and women through powerful quotes, images and discussions. Another way in which I build Queendom is by pursuing an education. One quote that always stuck with me is "Peace to the queens who raise the status of our culture with a cultivated mind." by Starmel Allah. A queen must be educated on an abundance of issues and topics to truly make a significant impact within their culture and/or community. I believe that this cannot be achieved without a formal education in addition to self-education, which I also indulge in. Through these avenues, I believe that I can confidently say that I "Queendom Build".
